A one-day workshop for Guidance and Wellbeing staff facilitated by the Queensland Guidance & Counselling Association.

 

This professional development event aims to equip school guidance officers/counsellors and school well-being staff with the latest knowledge and practical skills in key areas impacting student mental health and well-being. The event will feature expert-led sessions that focus on:

·         multi-tiered systems of support for mental health.

·         working with separated parents in schools

·         youth internet and social media use, and mental health and well-being

·         barriers and facilitators to school [re] engagement
