Parent/Guardian Acknowledgment: I have read the workshop description, and I understand there may be a clothed and unclothed life model present in this workshop. I understand the while the tutor has a working with children blue card, the event is open to the broader community. I understand that as a parent/guardian of a Junior attendee (under 18 years) I must advise the Administration if the attendee is subject to any form of chronic illness that will require medical attention during the McGregor Workshops. I agree to co-operate with the staff and students and abide by the Management’s decisions. Should medical or hospital expenses be incurred by the Junior attendee during the McGregor Workshops, I agree to accept and pay all costs, and to exonerate UniSQ/McGregor Workshops from responsibility in this regard. By entering my details I agree to the registration of the Junior attendee and these conditions.
